Information is securely sent to and privately processed by OpenAI enabling task-specific agents to create or analyze content and data for project planning, asset creation, feedback review, and report generation. In Platform Support/Analytics Sub-Processors for Administrative Users

These sub-processors enable features available only to users of the Centercode Platform given access to the Centercode Support role (administrative and moderator level teams have access by default; participant and applicant roles do not have access to this role). Customers may choose not to use these sub-processors (and the functionalities provided by these sub-processors) by disabling the Centercode Support role.

Centercode Managed Testing Services Sub-Processors

In addition to Centercode Platform subscription services, some customers order professional services that involve our team assisting with the customer’s test programs (“Managed Testing Services”). In connection with Centercode’s performance of Managed Testing Services, Centercode may use some or all of the following additional sub-processors:

Centercode Email Providers

Centercode Platform customers are advised not to include Customer Data in their emails to Centercode. Customers can minimize the processing of personal data by these sub-processors by not including this data in its emails to Centercode.
